How to know how many emails I send?

In the Employees Questionnaire, you are asked to provide the number of emails sent per week. This will, of course, be an average. Count the number of emails you send over 3 to 10 weeks during the reporting period, then calculate the average.

If you use Gmail:

  1. Click on Sent Messages.
  2. Filter by selecting a custom date range.
  3. Choose a random week within the reporting period.
  4. Count the number of emails sent.
  5. Repeat this process for several weeks (the more weeks you include, the more accurate your average will be; 3 weeks is a good starting point).
  6. Calculate the weekly average.

If you use Microsoft or other email services:

The same filtering process should be possible. As for the method to calculate the weekly average, it remains the same—refer to the Gmail section for guidance.
