How to know how many emails I send?
In the Employees Questionnaire, you are asked to provide the number of emails sent per week. This will, of course, be an average. Count the number of emails you send over 3 to 10 weeks during the reporting period, then calculate the average.
If you use Gmail:
- Click on Sent Messages.
- Filter by selecting a custom date range.
- Choose a random week within the reporting period.
- Count the number of emails sent.
- Repeat this process for several weeks (the more weeks you include, the more accurate your average will be; 3 weeks is a good starting point).
- Calculate the weekly average.
If you use Microsoft or other email services:
The same filtering process should be possible. As for the method to calculate the weekly average, it remains the same—refer to the Gmail section for guidance.
